This is a customized massage that is very detailed and great if you are trying to release tension and suffer from pain.

Common conditions treated:

Sciatica, carpal tunnel, jaw pain, autoimmune disorders, frozen shoulder, scoliosis, headaches, neck and back pain.

Massage/Facial Combo

Massage of your choice followed by a relaxing facial that includes a facial cleanse, exfoliation, treatment masks, targeted serums, moisturizer and SPF.

Massage and Back Facial

Customized massage followed by cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing the skin. May also include an extraction process to clear out blocked pores and reduce the severity of any present back acne.

VacuTherapy Cupping Massage

Vacuum machine that suctions and works great to rehabilitate injuries and increase performance by freeing the strands of fascia. Cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system. 

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy massage is gentle slow rhythmically movement that moves lymph (mixture of water, proteins, immune system components, waste products, and other remnants of cell metabolism)  through the body. It helps with swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. 

Teen Sports Massage

This massage will work targeted areas on specific muscles and tendons to relieve strain or stress.  Massage may include cupping and stretching.

This facial includes skin cleanse,  followed by second exfoliating cleanse with gentle steam, exfoliation, a neck and facial massage, a soothing mask, LED lights, toner and moisturizer.

Anti- Aging Facial

Relaxing facial with a mild antioxidant enzyme, soothing mask, warm towels, facial cupping or cool stones and LED lights. This facial repairs damaged skin and hydrates dull and dry skin.
